This weekend the tulip festival started here in Ottawa...I will have to make the effort to go to the locations where there are the most tulips (one of them is right by my work...so I don't really have an excuse)
they are my favourite flower! some were as big as my hand stretched out, some were so itsy bitsy and some were just plain gorgeous. and you can buy 50 of them for about $10 in the flower markets!
